Custom Order Process

Whether it's something from our store you want to add your CUSTOM DESIGN too or perhaps it's your upcoming wedding, a friend's bachelorette party, your child’s birthday party,  a communion,  a family holiday fave, or just something to make you do a happy dance when you walk through the door,  we are here to help with your creativity and imagination.

• You will complete the form below and provide us some details regarding your event or occasion.

• You can advise us of your timeline, the potential materials you are thinking of using, colours (if any), measurements, quantity, and any other pertinent details you want us to know.

• Once we are in receipt of your custom order wants and needs, we will respond to you by email requesting a time to discuss the project together.

• When we connect we will chat about your theme, ideas, etc. so we can get an idea of your vision.

• We'll design a visual graphic draft sample of the item/s you require to ensure we understand your vision and you like what we created. If further samples or designs are required we can work together to perfect your custom project. There will 3 drafts made for you to choose from.  Additional drafts will be charged at $25 for each requested change.

• Once we are aligned on all the details, and you are excited about working with us we will send you an invoice for your order which will require payment within 10 business days. 

• Once payment for your product/s has been received, we will begin production and ship the item(s) to you as discussed.

The timeline depends on the project, but timelines avg.  2-3 weeks after your final approval and payment has been received, unless its a product from our store and in stock.  In which case we can normally ship within 24 -48 hours.

Prices vary based on style, items requested, materials used, and difficulty of the project.  All this will be discussed and agreed upon with you during our ongoing conversations up to production time.
